We have only four 4-bedroom units. To date, we have not ever filled a vacancy in a 4-bedroom suite from our external wait list (most vacancies are filled by members moving internally). The four-bedroom units generally have less privacy than other suites in the co-op because of their location at the corners of the buildings. The suites are approximately 1,406 sq. ft.
