This update replaces all previous electronic versions of the manual.
Policies since 2001 that can be verified as approved are included. Policies/procedure that are no longer in compliance with the law, Rules or Occupancy Agreement have either been deleted, or a reference to an appropriate rule inserted. Forms that are no longer used have also been removed. Policies that are in the process of an update are flagged.
No changes have been made to the house rules (section 5) or policy motion (section 6) as the proposal is for both these sections to be consolidated into new policies.
This is a bare-bones electronic document. It has only minimal hyperlinking from the table of contents to major headings and there are no bookmarks included.
You will find a list of the changes in the revision log on page 3 of the table of contents.
