Pine Ridge is not accepting applications for membership at this time.
In order to receive an application form, all applicants must attend our Information session. Information sessions are scheduled on an ad hoc basis, space is limited and registration is required.
Information Session
Choosing where you and your family will live is a big decision. Our Information session gives you the information you need to make an informed decision about becoming a member.
Our next Information session is not yet scheduled. Please check back here frequently to see when registration is open.
Application
After attending our Information session, if you are still interested in applying you may request an invite by email, to our online application form.
Applications are submitted to our Membership Committee for processing. Eligible applicants will be added to our wait list.
Wait List
Pine Ridge maintains a small wait list of applicants in case a vacancy should come up. If you are on our wait list, Pine Ridge requires you to renew your application every 6 months to remain on the wait list.
If you are currently on our wait list and are nearing the 6 month renewal requirement, please fill out our renewal form..
Note: No reminders will be sent out regarding renewing your application. If renewal is not received within the 6 month period, you will not receive a notification of your removal from the waitlist. Applications that are not renewed within the 6 month deadline are automatically removed from our system.
Approval for Membership
During the process you may be asked to complete credit checks, landlord checks, reference checks and a panel interview with members from our Membership Committee and Board Members.
To become a member of Pine Ridge Housing Co-operative you require approval from our Board of directors. Applications from our wait list will be reviewed, and deliberated on by our Board to fill an active vacancy.
Offer for Membership
A successful applicant will receive an offer for Membership from the Pine Ridge Housing Co-operative Board of directors. Any offer not from the Board of directors is void.
Please do not call and ask your position on our wait list or when you can expect a unit. We are unable to answer this question.
