Community Hall Rental
The Community building is a separate building containing the Co-op office, meeting/party room (Community Hall). The Community Hall is available for private gatherings at a nominal cost. It has a fully outfitted kitchen, gender neutral bathroom, tables and chairs.
If you have an event that you would like to reserve the hall for, head on over to our booking page. Once you create a booking, the Community Hall Team will contact you to finalize arrangements.
The Community Hall can also be booked by non-members.

- To start the process of adding or removing an additional person to your membership, all changes to membership composition are subject to process and Board Approval Joint Membership Application
- All renovations are subject to the Co-operative’s approval both before the work commences and after completion. Refer to the Renovations Policy in Section 4 before completing this form Renovation Request
- Formal notice of intent to terminate membership in Pine Ridge Housing Co-operative and to vacate Unit Move Out Notification
